Chief Architect

James Polkinghorn is Chairman Emeritus of Polkinghorn Group
Architects, Inc.

He has over 58 years of experience as a licensed architect and is committed to provide excellent quality with his strong design
philosophy.

John Doucet

Chief Engineer

John is the Vice President of Operations for Doucet, a civil engineering firm that he co-founded with his wife, Amy in 1992.

John is an expert in civil
engineering including the design and management of large and small public, private and multi-disciplinary projects.

Ann Connolly

CFO

Ann is a Senior Vice President at Wingrove Connolly Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. With nearly
25 years of investment services experience, Ann specializes in investment planning, investment management and retirement
and estate planning strategies.

JD Doucet

Project Manager

JD is a Six Sigma Green Belt certified Project
Manager at Doucet.

Prior to his current work,
JD previously worked for CIM, an industry-leading
commercial real estate developer in Los Angeles, CA.

William B. Polkinghorn

Construction

With over 20 years of expertise in construction, Bill oversees all field activities for Tejas Heritage Homes and works closely with clients, project managers and sub-
contractors to ensure an efficient and well-run job site.
